same, some of my orders have been "pending" and "processing" for the last 5 days and when i ask for a refund or cancellation, i get a "the developers have not responded yet" reply, very disappointing.

My facebook "non drop" likes started dropping. I sent a ticket and got a reply saying the developers will refill it when they come online
Its been 22 hours since then but the developers dont come online i guess

Really disappointed with their service.
Auto likes is what ive been using mainly with 25+ accounts
Their servers go down for 8-12 hours daily leaving all posts without likes.
When a complaint is made on skype, they only reply once the server is back up saying "Its working now"

Asked the owner for a refund of my $300 deposited but he denied it saying ill have to spend it on "other shopping" in the site.
I cant put a single dollar into this site anymore as it has caused me more loss than anything.
Super slow support and bad service.
