How do you promote Global Smartlinks

I've just started promoting global smartlinks that's provided from my affiliate network

Because the offers are not fixed with smartlinks, they are selected depend on GEO, OS, etc. So we can't create banner or landing page for them. So how do you promote it? I was thinking about Popup ads. Is that right?

We suggest you use a VPN to check out the landing pages your smartlink is directing to for various GEOs, then make a general purpose lander or banner ad which aligns with those landing pages.

smart links are blind CPA offer. It changes according to GEOs then it will be good to promote in blind traffic like skim traffic or pop up / pop under traffic.

Yes. I tried it, but since I couldn't create Landing Page, just directly link to smartlink so I got NO conversion

Smart links are not as good as a specified offer. If you have a target traffic( like PPC), then you should use a landing page with your offer. It will convert well

If your network allows to pick particular offers categories, like at wapempire, you can create a landing page according to the category you picked. Gaming, sweeps, dating smartlinks are not as blind as 'smartlinks with any kind of offers'

i'm also looking for best way to promote this kind of links ,i can creat any lp but i think it shoud be generic and if it generic i think it get misleading or conflict with ad message ...any help for this case

Smartlink is biggest problem. It convert for overall traffic but payout is different in each Geo. So bringing social [free ]traffic is good deal.
I also here saw a thread porn reuploading , You can follow same trick and forward your domain with masking [Only for adult smartlink]
