Same here, I am dealing with charge back after charge back because they don't process my orders and all i get in response in a ticket is "will boost ty" and nothing happens.

Done with this panel when balance is done.

when my first deposit its still fast but right now when i order very very slowwww and many doesn't work !
after i order it many them just cancel it and give me the balance back.can you just give the remaining balance to paypal its feel useless right now

We are having a hard time these days with Instagram Followers, and this is the same for every other provider. Understand that they made an update to their site which cause all services to not work.
Also all red means you have got refunded, which means it haven't cost you anything. We are working on fixing them as soon as possible

First, we don't only say "will boost ty". We are explaning the issue and why it got to this point. We know that clients are in hurry of delivering orders, like we do. Something like these days, services go down and that cause issue, it's frustrating for both of us.

Well here's an idea, if your instagram services are not working... Suspend them till they are so we don't waste our time.
