Hi, the plugin cannot load until some other parts of your site have loaded. The plugin cannot force itself to load before other content plugin to plugin need to get the reposes back from FB that it needs to detect if your visitor is logged in to FB or not.

Your ticket ID forms part of the login information that is needed to access your ticket. Posting your ticket ID on this thread is the same as posting the user name of your WP Admin.
I am going to delete your existing ticket. Please create a new ticket and don't post the ID of it here. There is no need to post your ticket here at all. We have a support desk that deals with support and posting details of your ticket here will not cause your ticket to be replied to any sooner that what it will be replied to.

update. I just checked your ticket and I have already been replying to it. I also see that you have opened dispute with PayPal already. I have explained what happens at that stage in your ticket. I still need to delete your existing ticket and recreate it so you have a new ticket ID that I ask you don't post it in this forum for others to see.

I understand about not wanting to get followers too fast to avoid FB triggers, but I've seen someone else on here mention that they likejack thousands a day. What do you recommend?
And my plan is to turn off plugin every so often. For example, I have plugin off on my site now and will keep it off for a week or so.
I want to gain a couple thousand fans within a few days and then turn plugin off for a while and then rinse and repeat. I'd rather do this than having the popup EVERYDAY pop up on my site.

I may have missed that post on here where they said they jacked 1,000's per day. We don't use the like jacker in that way so you would probably be best to ask them what they are doing to get that many.
From my 5 years experience of Like Jacking I have never gained 1,000's of jacked likes per day, or even in a couple of days, from one website. FB picks that up very quickly and will slap your site with a 'confirm like' box very quickly.
Was that person like jacking from multiple sites and sending all of the likes to one FB page?

I understand; however, this might be one thing you need to work on in the future. Maybe you will find a way to make it load faster.

Shez, i sent a ticket day 21 of april.... I have seen you answered a ticket opened 27 of april to notipedia user, and to me just 2 messages, one the first day asking if i updated the plugin to last version, and 3rd of may you replied to ask for site access....
No updates again, i think i deserve a little more attention than this, i love your plugin, but i don't get it to work fine again, just stopped working in all my sites at the same time....

Last Update - Everything now seems work perfectly. To those who are minding if buy or not: LJN is an amazing plugin, easy to use and very well performing. Ad Shez said, 37 $ is an incredible price for the worth that have been gaved by. There's nothign better out there and i will buy other plugins from them.
Anyway, i would prefer spending a little bit more but having a decent customer service. In a world that is moving to the chat support, the ticket system is obsolete and too much slow itself. 1 answer a day is not good. I hope that this will help to improve.

Aha! I might have to go back and send this person a PM because you may be correct. I don't know if this was from one site or several that they were getting their thousands of jacks.

Hi, unfortunately we're unable to cause other plugins that are installed on a site to load after ours. We are also unable to cause our plugin to load parts of a site faster than what they are currently being loaded. We have no control over that and we can't gain that control either.
It is beyond our control.

Thanks for the update and feedback. While some companies offer live chat support, at the moment, we don't. There are many companies who use the support desk system for providing customer support and, for the time being, we are one of them. We try to keep our prices low by keeping our overheads low. I know that if we raised our prices due to the increased cost of live customer support then we would receive a lot of complaints that the price is too high etc.
We know we can't please everyone

The faster your site loads then the sooner the Like Jacker plugin can be loaded by your site. Disabling some plugins may help speed your site up but to find the cause of your site loading slowly try a website speed test such as https://tools.pingdom.com
