Is there any black methods to indexed links in minutes

I tried submitting to guestpost, submitting to sitemap, pinging, etc. Even tried few paid indexing tools but all failed to index how these people are indexing. As you can see above, they are indexing within minutes. Anyone have any idea how they are achieving this indexing.
