How are users indexing instantly?

I tried submitting to guestpost, submitting to sitemap, pinging, etc. Even tried few paid indexing tools but all failed to index how these people are indexing.

As you can see above, they are indexing within minutes. Anyone have any idea how they are achieving this indexing.

I've seen this too.. some sites are indexing insanely fast, even with low authority. My guess is they're using high trust parasite platforms or have a strong internal indexing structure. Could also be leveraging API-based news sources or syndication tricks. Would love to know if anyone cracked the exact method.
 
They used parasite sites of all kinds, particularly sites with high crawl budgets.

It also depends on the number of pages being created on the site. The ones in this screenshot are now PDF.
 
At least in your specific example (v.org), this is not a newly created website, it seems they have some solid authority and over 200k backlinks, maybe it's all spammed, I didn't research much, but it's not like a newly created website getting instant indexing
 
Did you check the domain of your website in case it may be penalized in the past?

Check Waybackarchive for seeing past history.
 
They are using google news website to index those links, I found some of the google news website that they are using.. I don't know if that one is their own created or they have bought or hacked the site.

Yes, this is the most common of the 'almost-instant' indexing methods. Google news-featured website that meets a certain threshold -> post links in either post body or comments section -> immediately request indexing of said page in GSC. You can get a similar effect with the 301 redirect -> third party url method, as long as you have access to a 'strong' enough domain setup for GSC.

Indexing Fire by @SEO FIRE is woking awesome for me just give it a try, they claim 70%+ results or credits back guarantee but i am getting 80%-90%+ and they are also offering trial credits for new users so you don't have to spend money to test their service.
