google ads refund

Hello, as you can see in attached screenshot google said they will refund in 1 week but it's been 9 days and still i am waiting for refund. anybody can tell me generally how many days it take to process refund?

I am willing to give a % from the refund if this will make it through. Short story: 1. Account was with prepaid and money were loaded regularly. 2. on 26 June 2020 was suspended because they thought it was circumventing + billing (this after I loaded with the same card over 13k EUR) 3. On 26...
