Google Ads Balance Refund Time

as you can see in attached screenshot google said they will refund in 1 week but it's been 9 days and still i am waiting for refund. anybody can tell me generally how many days it take to process refund?

Check your credit card statement , if you have paid using CC it should reflect in the card.

Check the transaction history in adwords accounts , if the amount is showing as refunded or not.

Certain cards (a very few though) by default reject refunds especially from ad networks, casinos, etc. In such a case, if the refund got fejected by the card issuer, then the amount (after a few days), will show as a credit in the Google Ads account.
Nonetheless, in my experience any refund to payment source, from Google Ads takes at the most 5 business days.
