I am willing to give a % from the refund if this will make it through. Short story:
1. Account was with prepaid and money were loaded regularly.
2. on 26 June 2020 was suspended because they thought it was circumventing + billing (this after I loaded with the same card over 13k EUR)
3. On 26 June 2020 I canceled the account and 1425.25EUR left as balance.
4. I've appealed their decision on the same day when I canceled, they told me is irreversible.
5. 2 weeks passed - opened again a refund issue - answer 12 weeks didn't pass.
6. After all 12 weeks passed (I am in the 14 weeks) they asked me for Transactions, statements, proofs - all were provided.
7. Yesterday I received an email from them saying that the decision is final and the account was circumventing their system and the decision was FINAL (nothing related to the refund).
I am willing to give a % from those 1425EUR that needs to be refunded when this will be done to the one that could do that; just tell me how much do you want. I will provide AnyDesk access to the machine where the account is set up and everything else is needed.
