I have a bunch of cool stuff I want to share with everyone in the download section, however, my account is pretty new and it says I can't post links. Does this mean I can't post share downloads? If so, what's usually the limitation?

I know it probably takes some hard work but does anyone know how to go about making a file hosting site?
