Youtube Watch Time and Views

I know that watch time is account based and views are video based.

but if i get 1 Youtube video view it won't count also to the watch time of my youtube account?



I wanted to purchase YT Views on a video and the seller told me i would not get Watch time when i purchase views, i had to purchase watch time.
So i purchase watch time with a video link and get views and also watch time?

A little weird but let me know please

Watch time is the total count down time of which users have spent to view your videos.
Such as if you have 5min video and 12 people watch it to the end. Then your account will receive total watch of 12x5= 60min/ 1 hour
If you have a single video of 1hour, then if 1 user views it to the end you'll get 1 hour watch time.

I hope that clears the confusion.

Seller told you this, because he is not going to provide you high retention views. Most of the SMM panels have a separate service for watch time views. Check out the marketplace section.

buying a little watch time probably wont hurt, its when you
buy hundreds of hrs the flag goes up

Yes you are right but how would be interested in buying like 25% of the monetization (for example of course)
If you got the first 3k hrs organically it is way better to be patient and make good contact to reach 4k.
No one will risk the chance of getting flagged (even if it's very small) for a few hrs
 
It is quite hard to get the watch time organically if you're niche isn't well populated, I've been struggling myself with obtaining watch time to gain minimization

Okay. Can you auggest someone who is providing quality views??

If you buy views without retention it's cheaper, your converter grows and that's it, watch time are the same views but with a high retention and cost more exensive
 
Basically all providers have been hit by the latest YouTube update. It's been going on for over a month now and even their "Watchtime" services are affected now. YouTube's really cracking down hard now.

watch time and views are different things, views mean that the number of people who watch your video, but the watch time is how many minutes your videos have been watched.
