Youtube vs PPD links in description

Hi,

How does YouTube stand agains PPD links in the description ? Are the channels that upload such videos lasting long or is it a no go ? Thinking about expanding a Youtube Channel by uploading more than only 2 videos, all with a PPD link in the description (thinking about CleanFiles if any good ?), disguising it with tinyurl. Do not want to waste my youtube channel if it will get deleted when it has more than 5 videos with a PPD download link in de description.

Ok thank you. Was planning to try PPD with MP3's. Already noticed that not a lot of PPD networks allow these files, came across this one but looks bit shady. Any ideas ? http://fileflippa.com
