Youtube views providers not working

I've bought views and likes for my videos from many different providers. Now none of those are working. Views actually shrunk or were never delivered. So far I have used big buddy's service (which used to work great). Retention panel ( also used to work), 1 stopsocial, socialmedia garden and the 1 panel. If anybody knows some good and fast working providers please let me know. Thanks.
