Youtube Video Ranking on 1st page

Hello guys I have a question, I have a Youtube video which ranked on the 1st page yesterday for a particular keyword, but now when I checked again it is on 195 for that keyword and other keyword related to it.
What just happened can anyone explain? Should I wait and it will again jump to the position before or is it somehow banned?

P.S- The comments were also remove from that video, can this be the reason?

I don't know how joining in 2012 is related to Youtube in any way? Is it like I should know everything if I am an older member?
Anyways appreciate your effort for replying.

Depending on your channel create a related video and then annotate it to your older video and then it should put your older video further up.
