so I manually uploaded a video on youtube but after uploading its nowhere on YT even when i searched using exact video title. This is the first time I have experienced this kind of issue. Then I reuploaded the video and deleted the previous one but still its not indexing on YT.
Anyone facing this kind of problem??

Yep, had this issue yesterday. I believe it's because the new video was exact or way too similar to some already uploaded and live video. Gotta test it more, but I am busy with something else.

I think that could be the case thats the only possiblity I left with as of now.BTW uploaded another video and it went fine.

Just edit the vid a little bit more and you will be fine. ;)

Yes, make the video unique, so edit it or cut it, then it should be working. And use backlinks and shares..

You should first verify your video is original, YT is getting smarter and is cutting the spam off. Then if you video is original, just try posting it in WEB 2.0 sites such as Blogger, WP, Tumblr, etc I think you get what I'm trying to say. Hope you get your video indexed soon.

I've seemingly noticed some changes as well. Does anyone have any data on exactly how different the video must be? For example is adding a watermark and re-encoding enough or must you modify length a bit. I fear that if they really wanted to they could get as specific as they do with content matching where it is hard to defeat.

1.Change bit rate of video during production.
2.If it has music then change it or position differently on video

Thats all I do
