Youtube Video Discovery Ads Not Working

Hey BHW members
I'm having a problem with youtube discovery ads
Whenever I try to target specific geo the campaign does not work or deliver any impressions, but when I switch the geo-targeting to worldwide it starts to work just fine
Any suggestions on how to fix that?

i think your cpv is too low to to target that specific country.
try increase it and see what happens.

I tried to increase the CPV but it did not work, and also the keywords I'm targeting have a good search volume so the problem is not from them either
 
Discovery ads (as you know) consists of a thumbnail image from the video along with a headline and description. You've mentioned that for specific geos, you've had poor performance (low or no impressions) and for worldwide you have good performance (impressions, etc). Solution would be to check the analytics and see total percentage of people watch (or even impressions if you like) from each country and perhaps target geos with high people watch (or even impressions if you like). However, that decision is also based on what your video has to offer, or rather what is the intention of your video.

Thank you Raj Kesu for the reply... I have the same video I'm promoting on my youtube channel, and in my campaign, I'm targeting the countries that bring the highest number of views to my youtube video, so I also don't think that is the problem.
