You can't....If the main channel is terminated, all channels are deleted

If your main YouTube channel got suspended. Your "other" channels that linked with the main channel will be deleted too..

The other channels and the uploaded videos will be active but you wont be able to access them as an owner

Yess till you can access other active channels.

You hv to do transfer ownership form Google+ profile to other gmail Account.
