My question after you read the wall of text down bellow:
• What do you think he did to achieve this subscribers?
I dont think he paid tons of money to get them, because 140.000 Subs is not cheap thing to buy. I once have seen some other guy aswell.... spaming comments with fake likes on Pewdiepie videos with over 170.000 subscribers and had only celebration videos of him achieving 10.000, 50.000, 100.000, 150.000.
So i am not sure what they do or how they do it. Hope someone in this Forum knows and for this kind of information i am ready to pay small amount of money in my abbility.

About a week ago i found out one Youtube Channel which looked really suspicious to me and turns out to be true and i was right. For a week i followed his videos, subscriber gains checked his tagging and basically everything.
This guy created his channel in May 13, 2017 and has • 866,990 views with 140.000 subscribers.
This subscriber number is not impossible but in his case seems absurd. His videos before that were getting averange of 1000-10.000views and now from two weeks ago his last 15videos are from
5.000 - 50.000views.

I messaged him over gmail and we end up texting in another platform. I asked him if he used any ''paid promotion'' such as buying subscibers or views and he obviously said ''NO'' and told me that he buy no Views > Likes > Dislikes or Subsribers then mentioned aswell that everything he has is Organic.
Later in our talk i asked him how he would explain the amount of subsribers he gained in just 3 months also mentioned that his overall views for the amount of subs he has is way below low and then told him aswell that he lost 4.000subs last week and not gained any new since then. [He is 136.762 subs right now]
This was his respond:
Yes I did a few things early on to get a super high sub count. Now I am in the process of trimming the fat so it evens out.
After a while i asked him again another question about his tags and why he uses averange of 3-10 short tags and this was his respond:
Let me just tell you this. My tagging is not good. All the big names out there have 30-35-40 tags
and they have the most views. I don't know how they do it, because I get almost no views when I do that..... So I honestly think it's a progression thing.

This is the main and most important thing out of our conversation. I couldn't get him to tell me how or what things he did to get his subscriber count to ''super high'' and this are his final message:
This is business and you are a competitor no matter how small.Giving you the info I did is actually very stupid of me you are in the same niech as me aswell.
And after that nothing really happend and he told me he has to leave and removed me.
