I upload only 1-2 shorts daily on one of my channels, and the channel is doing well. You have to also consider the niche that you choose for shorts to be more successful.

i think it's very hard to monetize shorts for now

Crypto niche is really difficult, I guess you have to use influencers for video promotions.

In crypto niche , you can not get millions of views. If you need a lot of views, you should go for entertainment videos.
