2) How to rank in YouTube

FYI we have a news platform with over 10M monthly viewers (organic). Just have zero idea what were doing in YouTube., but have an existing channel with 20K Subscribers (real) and good Youtube related KPI's. We have in house video production team etc so have all the required resources.
