Can anyone please share anything that can help solve the problem of videos having the same title and description? One account gives me 100 views per week, while 10 other accounts stay between 0 to 10 views.

If you have videos with identical titles and descriptions, youtube could consider them duplicates and rank them lower. Try to be different, keep unique titles, slight variations in description and keywords for every video. Even small changes help. Then customize each title to bring forward a different perspective or benefit and ensure descriptions read new. Don’t clone your content instead, give each video its own flavor, so algorithm wise they get treated as separate videos. I'm not expert in youtube but I think its ranking algorithm is not much different than other social ranking-based networks.

Just change a few words and not everything.

It's all luck, try using older channels to get more views.

May be use more accounts, or spin title description a bit

if you upload one video to a large number of accounts, then you need to make it unique, make dubbing, duets. And also change the meta-information of each video (exiftool).
