Hi everyone, and welcome on my new journey.
First, I'm only 17 yo and english isn't my native language, so, sorry if my english isn't perfect.
I already done 2 successful journey :
- 200K Instagram, I sold all my accounts (finally more than 500k followers).
- 100k YouTube, I've actually 297k (road to 500k now). I'm still updating this one.

Why do I restart a new channel ?
Because my 300k channel is a french channel, with a lot of competition. It will be very hard to reach 1-2M views/day. So, I decided to start an English-language channel.
This quote represents me well : "Work until your bank account looks like your phone number."

What is the niche ?
I won't reveal my niche, and you won't find it by investigating me (like my first YTB journey) because I'm using a new mail, a new ip, a new computer. I think I have a niche with a big potential and very little competition, we will see if I'm right.

Do you create your own content ?
Yes, like my first journey, 100% is created by myself.

How long does it take to make a video ?
~1h

I'm starting from 0, a fresh YouTube account created by myself. 0 subscribers, 0 views, nothing. I won't promote this new channel on my 300k channel because I can't, it's not the same language.

Actually, I'm waiting for my VPS. Will update it as soon as possible.

HOw do you find keywords to u r niche

Hw many times u post videos in a day or in week

Other than you tube what are your different traffic sources

Right off the bat id say stick to French, you have an advantage on many of us that can't speak French, why would you compete in English especially when youve already succeeded in French.
 
go live streaming on ur higher sub channel and give users ur 2nd acc link too to sub for English viewer that way u gets fast subs mate ...good luck
 
How much did you make from your 2nd YT channel in total? You dont have to give exact numbers

I'll do like my first journey and don't promote, I'll see what happen. I will just try to optimize the SEO, Like my first journey.

- Sony vegas
- I analyze all the videos and channel related to my niche, how they did at their beginning. I try to enter in recommendations of others channels.
- I'll post 3 videos the first days and see how it goes, then after 4-5 days, I'll post a video every 2 days.
- My traffic source will be youtube only, if my channel ave succes, I'll probably start an Instagram or a facebook.

Because I'm not satisfied with what I already have. My life goal is te be rich, There is no other possibility. My french channel will probably never reach 40-50M views/month. (only 4-5 channel do it in France). It's more reachable in US. I just give it a try :)

On my 300k subs, there is less than 1000 US views/month. I can't promote it, but that's not a problem, it's juste a new challenge :D

45M views, ~0,50CPM. Do the calcul yourself :)

UPDATE #1 :​
Just received my VPS.

I did 3 videos yesterday night. So, I'll post the 3 videos today (first day) and try to optimize the SEO, nothing else, and see what happen during 4-5 days. That's what I did for some other channels and it worked, but not for US channel.
  • If something good happens : I'll post a video every two days. (Because I'll get a small fanbase)
  • If nothing happens : I'll post a video every two days, and promote it, idk where, I'll tell more if nothing happen.
