microworkers helped me in the past to gain reviews on other sites, but for youtube i will use it only for limited tests or POC, i think that ADS traffic is more genuine safe and cost much less.

I agree with this the only way "microworkers" could work is if you have your own private group of "microworkers" in which you can control how much work they're doing otherwise it will just be too obvious for the algorithm to detect.
