YouTube Ranking: HELP needed

I already invested a lot in my YouTube channel, I have over 1,5 million views in total (generated, mostly geo targeted), get likes for every video, generate comments and also get some real traffic through tube toolbox, facebook etc.
I don't do Youtube just to earn money, I'm actually serious with my channel and enjoy making videos.

But there's one thing where I need help: My videos don't get ranked very well, I try to use decent tags and bring in my keyword in the title and description, but I'm absolutely no expert in youtube SEO.
I've read some threads about this topic on here but it's no option for me to say the keyword 100 times in the video and squeeze it in everywhere, because I really want to make quality videos
could anyone help me to get my videos ranked and overall just more viral?
You could leave some tips as a reply here, send me a pm or if you're really experienced we could maybe talk on skype and start this as a real project, where you'll obviously be rewarded..

A lot depends on your niche, how competitive is it? Do you already do any kind of SEO towards your YT videos?

Start out small with a few web 2.0 sites from this guy - www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/...tion-strategy-web2-0-wiki-blast-only-5-a.html and then take it from there.
