As soon as I upload and get some views from my subscribers, my videos rank for nearly every keyword I put. But it fluctuates a lot after the first hour of upload and I lose my rank for certain keywords. Is there any way to keep my rank up? What should I do to ensure my video stays ranked during the early stage?

I would say views and engagement of video. If you buy views likes and comments. I would drop feed them.

If your channel is quite small you should target long-tail keywords first. If you play with bigger competitions would be hard to rank one or two words. Focus on buliding audience, you can also drip feed some (HR!) views.

For new videos fluctuation is very normal from my experience. As long as your on-page SEO is solid and you invest in active off-page SEO - the results would come.

do you guys think it is beneficial to still buying HR views after the first 24 hours when the video is up? as they say first 24 hrs is what matters for yt algo

DM me and we could talk about a better way to sustain and improve Youtube rankings.
