I am wondering if anyone here knows the answer but I figured I'll try.

1. I am planning to buy some views and I do have adsense so I am planning to turn it Off on every video I will get views for. So the question is - does anyone know or have tried if this is safe?

2. As far as buying youtube service - can anyone recommend any service here in BHW? Of course a reliable/reputable one that have the views and subscribers that sticks.

First question: As i have seen, it's safe, And about your second question, I would recommend you AddMeFast
 
As long as you switch off AdSense it's pretty safe but you still need to be careful. You can't have a poor ratio, let's say 10mn views and only 50 likes. They'll flag and report you really quickly. Not to mention competitors will flag you anyway, so might as well be safe. And don't explode, like, don't get a few million views in 2 days. It's very fishy and unknown to people who are not making pop music.
About the second one, there's a lot of sellers on the forum, haven't tried many though.
 
I was actually planning to start about 300-500 hundred ... and will add again in a few more weeks ... until I build it up to at least 1000-5000 mark.

So when I create new videos I can start with 1000-5000 :) so I think it's a good start in a slow method. My highest views anyway is currently 200-300+ mark too. ;)

For that amount of views I would just advertise with adwords. You should be able to get thousands of real views for 50$.
 
What is the average watch time a user needs to receive points when they view a video on AMF? ...About 15 seconds right? That short of watch time coming from a hidden ref link will do more harm than good.

Yeah that sounds like a legit way to proceed with things. You need to figure out the right time to go 'viral'
