Unfortunately yes. Facebook will eventually lose all the freebooting legal issues headed their way as they are making no effort whatsoever to protect rights holders, but in the meantime, why not just embed the YT videos instead of stealing from other people and causing all sorts of problems for them that will take a team of lawyers to solve? Will FB eventually ban pages and the like? Yes. They won't have a choice due to legal issues. Are we there yet? No. The lawsuits are just now beginning to ramp up, and damages are already in the millions. If that's all you care about, you have your answer.

Not personally, but a couple of friends have and it was a nightmare of wasted energy to try to fix. One of them just hired a lawyer and that situation is pending. The people stealing the material could more easily have just linked to the video as it was without causing months of escalating problems for a man who sacrificed everything else in life including his home for the opportunity to make a living on YT.
Just pointing out that it is anything but a victimless crime. I get this is a black hat site and I have no issue with all the geurilla tactics to get yourself seen. Hell, PT Barnum would love this stuff... just asking whether it's really necessary to screw over other people who actually provide value in this world just because you can't be bothered to do the same? It's a question, not an answer.

When i upload videos in my channel as unlisted and before even publishing them the accounts getting penalized because of violence youtube policy !!! so here is simple question !
I'm wondering why that happens ?? because of account quality ? "i bought my accounts PVA from supplier here" or because of IP got penalized from YT ???

If you won't use a different proxy for each accounts they will get ban for sure. Public proxies can be easily banned too.

Hello friend, I'm having an issue with my lifetime/monetized views ratio. I'm getting more monetized views than lifetime views.
Yes, I am boosting my channel and I can change pretty much any settings I want: retention, referer, user agents, anything. Would you know by any chance what could affect the lifetime/monetized ratio? Is there something I could do to make these stats look more realistic?

I have a pretty successful operation going with my youtube channel but I am looking to expand. I have the rights to some content, both video and audio could I mix that in with copyright content, could I do that without getting the ban hammer from youtube?

I have a question... since a long time i am running a news videos from the Google top list from the PPT converted videos but non of my videos getting too much views. i have around 100 videos and earning is around $2. even some many of the videos get zero views. Do i need to upload more ... or i am doing some thing wrong ?

Hi, I'm new to video marketing and video seo. I have ordered video from fiverr and uploaded it to Youtube yesterday evening following all tips about keywords in title and description. Also after i have uploaded it, I ordered 2000 views. This morning the video was well ranked with about 700-800 views for some keywords on 1st page in Youtube. As the views going up and the time passing rank of the video was going down and now it's worse than today morning with about 1500 views. I ordered backlinks and comments. I'm not sure what more to do, will the video start to rank better again? My question is, is this normal or my video will get stuck somewhere? What could i do to avoid this?
One more thing is, that this morning i have edited the title of the video by adding space between two words, I'm not sure if this changes something.Also the views were earlier today 1700, now they are 1600. What is causing this ?

The past month or so YouTube is running batches looking for fake comments, subs, and views. When they recognize this pattern instead of removing the video they're sending way down in the ranks. I hear they want to keep all the content on YouTube now because they're about to get serious competition from Facebook and vessel. Another words they are going to keep your content on the platform so they can boast big numbers of content on their platform but they're going to move it so far down the rankings that you won't make any money.
