Every day I buying views on seoklerks.
So I have been working for 4 years. I would like to know from you how to make views? I bought different programs, but nothing works stably and I can make up to 100 views, no more. Could you tell me how to achieve views on YouTube? I'm even ready to buy this information.

I used this and got way more than 1k views. I don't know these are bot or organic but still these are views. if you need organic you can search marketplace
 
Why not use relevant keywords to your niche, or long tail keywords and rank your video on first page. Your views will increase every day :)

There is nothing to buy. You can use ytmonster for HR views.

Also use keywords and tags with catchy and interesting titles too...
