Your content is OK. I really urge you to take a look at smosh and pewdiepie and see what people are looking for when you aren't doing anything special like custom cartoons, graphics, etc. If you add that stuff in, then you don't need to work as hard at making exciting commentary stand out. Other than that, you want to boost your subscribers, views, likes, social signals, and then get partnered.
