Have you already achieved their limit of 4000 watch hours / 1000 subscribers needed for monetization of the Channel?
tbh i would reccomend not buying fake views and subs as it will kill your channel before getting started. if you would like to grow without waiting consider buying shoutouts instead from channels or ig pages in your niche and you will have way better results from my experiences.
