I am confused and I need some help.
I've got a channel with less than 400,000 watched minutes and less than a million views and more than 1k subs.
Videos uploaded is not my own but no copyright infringement and I've never received anything from youtube regarding with my uploads.
Daily I've got organic views and subscribers to my channel
I wonder is it safe if I will be applying for monetization for this account? or it is much possible that the account would not be accepted for applying for monetization account and get my account suspended?

it depends on luck.
your account maybe or may not be suspended.

That's kind of a touchy subject if you're really going to go into trying to monetize the site. What you may want to consider is letting your page get to at least being over 2 months old before really applying. I know that YouTube goes through its changes much like Google changes it's algorithm every couple of months. If you're not using any fraudulent information, then you should be fine but if you are trying to even slightly team authentic I would wait a little while before applying.

If my account will be suspended then it's just a waste of time and effort. I wonder what's the best move to monetized my channel without being suspended by youtube.

My account is made 2016 and some uploads on my channel are more than a year now.

Is the account linked to your real identity or is it something that was just thrown together with a pen name? The backend of account details are a big deal because they link to affiliates that go beyond just Google and it's all linked for tax purposes.

For my bad, it was created randomly and is not under my real name. If I managed to edit everything and have it on my real identity would you think everything will turn out well?

Your account is really very risky.
Take every step carefully otherwise you will loose your account.

Whatever your method is .... it's working. Turn this frown into a positive:

Create another account with everything on the up and up so you can apply for monetization in the future

Create a service website for social media marketing and use the channel as an example of your previous success

When you create your new channel, mention or give a shout out to your new channel on your old channel. It's like giving yourself a digital highfive and it could drive some people to your new channel.

Wow it sounds great but I guess uploading videos not my own will still be the hindrance on what I want to achieve.

Don't think of it as a hindrance. We all had to fall and learn one way or another. Wouldn't you rather have a channel, website and network where you can apply for monetization that is rightfully yours without the pit of your stomach twisting because there is a possibility of being banned?

The cost of assurance is persistence.
