YouTube Monetization With No Effort

I've been a "Parasitic" YouTube for 2 years already , used to get Monetized Accounts (Buy/Trade) and use it to distribute Copyrighted content. Eventually my channel would be taken down of course but till then I was making some money.

Recently I've started looking for alternative ways of monetizing youtube accounts without original content.
If you know whether any of these methods can actually work and you have experience , please comment down bellow.
Note: All I need is a way to get my own account monetized

Method 1) Buying views and boosting my original shitty content (I can record some crappy 10min videos of me playing something popular) and reaching a requirement of 4k watchtime

Method 2) Suggest me a safe place to buy monetized youtube accounts

You need watchtime which seems to be pretty hard to come across these days, I personally wouldn't want to buy an account incase they claim it back a year down the line when you done all the hard work
 
How much did you make from each account before it got terminated?

So far I was unable to find neither of them (Mainly because I don't know where to look at , you get it) So where do I buy some Good/High Retenetion Views (Browse/Suggest/Search Traffic if possible) and where do I find a service to Rank my account , like in the guide mentioned above?
