Youtube Monetization Tips

Congrats on hitting 1k subs! That's the first big hurdle.

For Shorts, the key is consistency and hooks. The first 2 seconds need to grab attention. Use trending audio, on-screen text, and a strong question or statement.

Since you're in travel, focus on specific, searchable topics like "3 Hidden Spots in [City]" instead of just "My Trip to [City]". This helps with discovery.

Be careful paying anyone to "grow your page." Most are scams and can get your channel banned. Instead, consider using a reputable service like VidIQ or TubeBuddy for SEO and keyword tips. Their free versions are a great start.

Try promoting your best Shorts on other platforms like TikTok or Instagram Reels to drive traffic back to your YouTube. Good luck

Focus on total watch-time: pair your shorts with a few 6–10 minute videos that retain viewers, tighten hooks/thumbnails to boost avg view duration, and repurpose top shorts into longer formats to push overall channel minutes toward monetization.

Bought watch time from panels mentioned on forums here. I've monetized several channels this way. Getting subscribers is easy enough these days, the real challenge is the 4,000 hours of watch time. To get it, make videos that are an hour or longer like random ambient noise or rain sounds for sleeping. Buy the watch time service from SMM panels and apply it to that video. Do it gradually, around 500 hours per day, until you hit 4,000 hours total. Apply for monetization right away, because some SMM panels provide low-quality watch time that drops after a few weeks, while others stick permanently. It's expensive now I used to pay just $20 for 4,000 hours. Those were the good old days. Don't worry, your channel won't get penalized for this, but take it slow.

Anyone manage to monetize content without copyright issues?
Yes, it’s possible. The key is to use only your own content or materials you have clear rights to. For example, I monetize through MGID — they require original content, and as long as it’s yours, you won’t have copyright issues.

Yes, I’ve worked with MGID before. Their support clearly explained that as long as you use your own content or materials you have full rights to, there are no copyright issues. They’re quite strict about originality, but that actually makes the platform more reliable in the long run.

Hey
I need some advice and tips about youtube monetization.
I have a travel niche page and mostly I post shorts. good thing is, that I already got 1K+ subs, but can't get that amount of views, to get into a monetization.

Can somebody take for example my page and grow it to be monetized? what's the price? or maybe anybody knows, some websites, where Can I pay for such an service? fiverr is not an option, I think.
Buying bots for views 100% not an option :D
so any tips?
If it’s not a reupload channel, you need real videos with engaging content.

Hello everyone,

▶️ YOUTUBE ▶️ NO-DROP 4K HOURS SERVICE ⏩ 1 Day Delivery ➡️ No-Drop Guarantee ➡️ 2+ Mins x 6+ Videos

horts are great for subs but tough for the 10M views requirement. Have you tried pinning a 'Related Video' link in your Shorts to your long-form travel guides? That’s the fastest way to hit the 4,000 watch hours instead of chasing the 10M views

Glad to hear about your 1K subscriber. As you know consistency is the key to success so I suggest you to stay consistent and be patience. Continue posting shorts regularly and complete the requirements need for monetization like viewers watch time then you will get monetized soon. Focus on content make it attractive and explore new interested things so that you can get more views subscribers and can complete watch time.
