Hi,
I am a newbie.

I have a Youtube monetization query, I read their policy but I am not sure so I am asking you guys.

Are compilation of random semi-adult/funny less popular short videos eligible for YouTube monetization? (Non-copyrighted, just uploaded publicly)

If you receive no copyright then yes you can monetize

Yes you can Just hope that you dont receive copyright content penalty.

If a children at 13 year old (take sample your children) could watch it safly, then your video could safe with community

how risky is monetizing stuff that you don't have the rights to? what if it's from other youtube channels?~ what if it's just public available cctv style videos?? i have a great source for a ton of vids that aren't on youtube. but i dont own the 'rights' to them....
