Youtube Monetization Bug?

Is anyone else having trouble monetizing their youtube channels and found a way around it? I've saw on the product forums that other people are having issues too. After verifying account you the monetize button is greyed out and it says " Choose your country location before signing up for monetization."
You go to click on Choose your country location and there is no way to choose it..really weird... but there is no way to monetize your channel.

yups happened with me too, then i just selected a country and moved on
 
This is a YouTube bug right now. Might only be happening for some people, but the option to choose your Country has disappeared.
 
Everything working fine for me.

If the issue isn't solved within a few days I would contact their support.
 
I've been tracking it and it looks like it's been fixed as of this morning ( Jun 16 2015 ). Now when you click the link to choose your country there is an actual country drop down menu to choose from.
