Youtube Monetisation approval

hey guys
so back in 2014 i used to post random videos on my secondary channel , but last year i was chocked that one of my videos (lyrics video) went over 5 million views but couldn't monetise it because COPYRIGHT obviously , i tried removing the sound but since its over 500K its impossible to do so , so i just kept contacting youtube until they finally accepted to approve it for monetisation i was super happy ofc xD it had more then 800K per month but the problem is after 10 days (i've got 100$ from it but couldn't see it on my adsense because )they suddenly removed monetisation from the channel because of content duplicate (coz i used to download and upload people's videos) i requested it again after a month and now we have *the new requirements* i'm still waiting i was wondering if there is a way that i'll get approved or should i just remove the video so the channel get the monetisation back since i already removed all the other videos and added my own videos with good thumbnails and everything ?

Use your own content you won't have any issues you can't make money using other peoples content for long or anything that goes against youtubes policy. Trust me save yourself the headache and frustration and just upload your own content to make money.

do you have any idea how to pass the 4000 hours thing i started a new channel but kind of hard
