Youtube Journey to Backpacking the World

Another day! Anyway, yesterday I ended up getting 2 more leads, so that will show in the total earnings later on today. Had some VPS issues today as my provider suspended me due to overusage. Seems kind of stupid. Why give me 4TB of data if it's impossible to use that much? Anyway, I explained I'm not mass uploading anymore and they reacticvated me. Not sure if I'm going to switch providers this time around since this VPS has worked quite nicely, just need to make sure I'm not "overusing" I guess.

In other news, public proxies suck. 16 of the videos I uplaoded with public proxies are already dead. Only 4 videos went down from my accounts that are using private proxies. Pretty sure it was only one account on the privates. From now on I'm just going to reuse my 20 private proxies and hopefully get some more privates in the future when I have the cash for them. Lucky for me today was payday, but I have a bunch of bills to pay.

Yesterday I said I was going to whip up 11 videos today. Last night I decided to just go ahead and do it so I already have 11 videos ready to go. I'm going to upload each videos twice for a total of 22 videos, and then possibly some more later today once all my original videos are back online.

On another note, I started working on a new landing page last night. I think it's pretty genius and makes the download a lot more believable than linking to some random download page. I've still got some work to do on it but it shouldn't take much more effort to get it up and running.

Finally, I have my second ever programming job interview tomorrow! It's for a JavaEE website and I'm really looking forward to it. Hopefully I get the job as it would make my goal a hell of a lot more attainable.

EDIT: VPS got suspended again after reuploading my videos. Looks like I'm going to need to get a new provider.

YouTube also deleted almost all of my accounts yesterday. I think 2-3 years ago it was much easier.
Really annoying, because I started getting traffic from them.

However, we have to look forward and never give up.

Very long day. Worked nonstop since my post this morning, 14.5 hours. Anyway, managed to get my new VPS all up and running. I then went through all my videos and removed the poor performing ones. I then readded all my videos into MVB Pro since I had to reinstall completely. Finally got titles/descriptions/tags set for all of them.

I also finished my new landing page today. It took a lot of work but I think it's going to dramatically increase conversions. So far 11 of my videos are set to use the new page.

In total right now I have 69 videos. There are more than that online right now, but I have no way of tracking them anymore since I had to use a new install of MVB Pro. About to upload all of my videos. Just went through all my accounts and another 9 have died. I'm left with 25 alive right now.

Anyway, time to do some quick programming review for my interview tomorrow.

Alright time to get started on today's work! Today I'm going to duplicate 11 videos and give them new titles. That's most likely all I'm going to do today. I also bought another 25 accounts since I'm getting lots of bans. Once I'm done all this I'm going out and having some beers at a huge outdoor patio bar. It's a lovely day outside!

I already got a lead today, but I will update stats later on.

Anyway, pretty much all my accounts have died once again. I'm ordering another 25 accounts and am going to try public proxies with them again. One of the updates for MVB Pro increased the proxy timeout so I should be able to use more proxies now. Really hoping I can get all my videos back up today and make as much as I did yesterday. Probably not going to end up doing too much over the weekend because I'm going home, but I'm still going to try and keep things running.

If I can get my videos to stick I'll be laughing to the bank.

Made a mistake on the total earnings last night. Real total earnings so far is $89.40.

do you build landing pages for each niche or you just password protect them??

I was originally using the same landing page for each one but now I made a new page that's niche specific in order to try and increase conversions.

I realized today that only 2/20 of my private proxies were working, so that's most likely what cause my mass bans. I just got a fresh batch of 25 accounts and went to upload some videos and they all started using the same proxy so they might die really fast too, however, I've given them all public proxies and am hoping they all don't die.

Didn't make any money yesterday or today so far.

Today was pretty brutal. 39 clicks and yet 0 leads. Anyway, been uploading videos with public proxies today. So far about half of my videos are online and I am praying that all my accounts don't get deleted in 24 hours again.Once my videos start sticking this journey will be a hell of a lot easier.

All accounts still alive so far and already got 2 leads so far today. Let's see how the rest of the day goes.

The majority of my videos have gone down again. All that's left is 30/81. I realized when my private proxy subscription renewed I got some new proxies so I'm going to be using a new batch of 20 private proxies across 50 accounts or so. Really need to get these videos to stick before moving forward and scaling up.

This is a cool journey. I really hope you make enough to backpack for a year. That would be epic in my books.

Yea. Once the trip is confirmed I'm pretty sure I'm going to make a blog as well as a vlog on youtube.

Anyway, still waiting on my 50 new accounts to come in. Hopefully they come in today. Yesterday I ended with 1 lead for $5.75, but today my EPC is pretty sick and I'm already at $17.25. Unfortunately lots of my videos are down and I am still waiting on new accounts to get going again. I plan on duplicating my entire campaign of 81 videos and using private proxies.

New accounts are in the hoooouuuuusssseeeeee! Time to get rockin'.

Only have 11/50 accounts left. Just got a new subscription for HMA and will be reuploading once again. I also made a new campaign where I just place all my aged videos just to keep track of them a little more easier. I guess the new plan is to just upload over and over again until the videos stick.

So I kind of abandoned this thread for a while, but now it looks like my videos are actually starting to stick. I had 2 accounts just die this morning with a total of 10 videos, but it's no major loss out of 124 videos. I also boosted 7 videos yesterday as none of my 124 videos were boosted since I got them to stick. I wanted to wait and be sure they were going to stick before boosting them.

Been pulling $10-$30/day. Yesterday brought in $41. Going to be scaling up and would like to be pulling in $100/day by the end of May.
