Ok, At the start, I didn't used social media, just posted videos and try to enter in recommendations of bigger channels (pretty easy when you post 1 video per day). I tried a lot of things to optimize it, I found something that I call "The triangle". Sames keywords on Title, (repetion of keywords on desc), tags.

That my personal name haha, I tried it with some other niche as mine with less than 1 video/day, it didn't work, I tried it 3 times with 1 video / day, it worked the 3 times. You can add or delete some things, the goal is to reach recommendations of an other targeted channel
