YouTube Journey to 200k+ Subscribers

You are a good inspiration. Did your second channel get monetized organically or did you BOT? Also is it possible to rebrand the main channel once you have a decent amount of subscribers and then delete the TIKTok Videos and monetize?

Sorry for CCing you but I recalled you mentioned somewhere on this Forum that it was possible.

Also does anyone know how to PM people?

I did it organically by taking advantage of trends early. Since i did memes it was pretty easy & still is. Yes you can delete the videos or set them as private & brand them to monetize the channel if it is demonetized. It may be hard to get views though but with time you can pull it back up.

How much did you spend on your 2nd channel for voiceovers?

How does it works downloading other's video ( as for example tiktok compilations)? If i take some material that is not CC, edit it and add a voiceover, i get some copyright claim? i will be able to monetize even if i take some part of the videos ( not audio) from others?

I'm thinking of doing something similar with underground house / techno videos. Is there a "sweet spot" in terms of number of videos?

Amazing journey, keep it up!

This is an interesting journey. Recently, I also created a video around trending topic in my country and that went viral. It has over 750k views and brought 2500+ subscribers (had only around 60 subscribers before)

However, YouTube decided to not approve my channel for monetization as I didn't add any commentary or voice over to make it unique. Any suggestions for that?

Hey bhw,
after a long time I have an update:

Videos: 60 (Uploading twice a day)
Subscribers: 31,072 subscribers - Goal is to have 40,000 till the end of the month)
Views last 28 days: 17,100,000 views (4,8M last 7 days)
Watchtime last 28 days: 1,700.000 viewing hours
Total earnings: 450$

I have uploaded 1 story and it got over 30.000 views!! This is insane and the community posts have over 4,000 likes!

-------------------------------------------
I have started my second channel that is going to be monetized and here are the numbers:

Videos: 2
Subscribers: 55
Views last 28 days: 20,000
Watchtime last 28 days: 906 viewing hours
Total invested (in fiverr): 120$

I hope that I will have soon enough to get monetized.
That's looks quiet good to me. Keep it up mate.

I do one high quality video every day.

Hey BHW,
on 21.7. I finally am halfway to my goal. Now I got over 100,000 subscribers!!
Now I am struggling with getting views. My videos get lower views than before, I will try to buy pre-premiere views and also I will try to engage more with my viewers, that means responding to comments, asking more questions....
On the other hand I make good money with my channel, I sell promo spots in my videos for 60$ and I am sold out till end of the month, I also sell endscreen spots and community posts.

Now I am thinking about starting a second journey on Instagram as a theme page and selling shootouts. If someone is able to help me with that I would love to help him/her with youtube.

Write your questions regarding my journey or youtube and I will answer them asap.

OP massive respect to you! I have not seen many in BHW they give away so much info to help the community. It’s sad to see how some people are asking your exact niche, your channel name etc. Lol.

OP has given enough info for inspiration. All the best bud. You deserve sucess!
