YouTube journey to 100k/month !

ok I got to admit I am very nervous about this journey. This is because I have already daily 2 times but that isn’t going to stop me from achieving my goals.

Ok so what I have is a monetised channel that I brought for $180.
The channel already had 1.6k subs which is alright but since I have changed the niche around 10 people have unsubscribed but it’s okay.

I have uploaded 6 videos right now and will be uploading at least 1 vid a day. It’s annoying to see that these videos get around 10-30 views but it will be worth it. Btw I am not showing my face.

Short term goals
Reach 1k views a day by 20th of February

What kind of videos are you posting? What are your plans in order to grow the channel?

There is a lot of competition out there.. what will you do to separate yourself from the competition?

I am making sports highlights. Tbh All I am focusing on is good thumbnails and good content

Ok a bad update rn. I just got demonetised for reused content but will still be uploading videos. It is demotivating but let’s see where this goes.

Just read that are doing sports highlights.. bad call friend. Anything sports is highly watched by the copyright department.

I am also guessing that you were not changing the play speed, coloring, sound?

I done all of that. YouTube would demonetise any reused content in any niche I’m sure.

Nope, compilation s are allowed and are reused often. Just don't have to play it longer than a few seconds.

Those do work but AdSense is not their main income source, also if even one of the snippets have a song attached to it your whole video gets claimed.

A small update. Now I am changing niche where I make 2-3 minute long videos. I only see 1 big channel in this niche and that’s about it.

A new youtuber question here, what's the diff between content id claim and copyright strike.
Which should one fear the most. Thank you what would you suggest to be done when one has a content id claim?

Copyright strike is the bad one. Three strikes and your accounts gets closed.
Content ID claim isn't that bad, it just means that some part in your video (often music) belongs to someone else and they claim your video if it was theirs.

You are not going to hit your goal if you are not content provider yourself.

I am, and I recently lost 157k account because of tags (I believe) never heard why from Yt.

But after analyzing and trying to find an error, I understood that I used too many tags (at some videos)

My channel gone with no questions asked(suspended for spam), neither any kind of strike. So let me give you the golden rules:

1) Be your own content provider
2) Use only audio that is not copyrighted (you don't have to credit the artist)
3) If you have money, better buy 5 audio tracks and mix em up with low volume to be your background sounds (no matter if you don't use voiceover)
4) Don't use robotic voiceover
5) Don't use more than 3-5 100% fully related tags to your video content (I actually do not recommend anything more than few words in title, and desc maybe, 0 tags)
6) If you prefer sharing your videos, use Reddit only and never share a single video to more than 2-3 community (max 3)
7) Use video ads, YouTube will never let you rank high or get traffic organically, you have to PAY, it's simple, pay to get ranked for keywords, because this later pays back to your channel via higher audience engagement
