How can I target tier 1 countries in youtube organic shorts?
because most of views come from Asia countries

I think you can creating content which is only relevant to tier 1 countries. Like creating their political content.

If you want to target Tier 1 countries with your YouTube videos, the best you can do is to create content in english so YouTube will recommend it to more people in countries where english is the main language.
Otherwise, if you want to target a specific country, you should do that on TikTok, if you know how to post to specific FYP country

Language: The Language in which your video is made is one of the determining factors after the location, of where your video will be automatically targeted by youtube. e.g french for french speaking countries, English for English speaking countries, and Spanish for Spanish speaking countries, etc.

2. Title & Description: a good title and description can help you in reaching a particular category of people with your video. Keywording is another thing that helps youtube understand what your video is all about and circulate them to the appropriate audience and region. So, ensure you mention the main keyword in your video.

3. Categorisation: Categories your video in the order of the audience you want to reach out to. The categorization of your video is another defining factor of who and where youtube will be focusing your video.

4. In addition to categories is TAGs: Add as many tags as you can to your video, to give YouTube a broad understanding of your content.

Your question is basically how to target audience from tier 1 countries like the US. To achieve this, you would need a tier 1 country sim card, let's say US sim card after that you would need a high quality 4G Proxy and a brand-new device to use this setup on.
