YouTube Full screen ad question

Before a video on YT there are sometimes full screen ads and there's always a text link to the website on the left and sometimes button a little higher.

Does clicking the text link counts as ad click ?

Yes, if you're watching an advertisement and click anything which redirects you to the advertisers landing page/website, that counts as a click/conversion

Also, you'll be charged if a viewer views for longer than 30+ seconds (it's free, if they skip it before then, on youtube)
