To make an account: Use an android phone. That’s if you don’t want to buy aged accounts.
Go to settings, Google. Then create. You don’t need a phone number to create it. You can add recovery email.
For ranking, buy views and likes. Or, you can just keep uploading tons of videos and pray one get you traffic.
