Youtube channel with 200k Subscriber

hey, you seem quite knowledgeable I wanted to ask I am thinking of making the yt channel a joint venture where someone else uploads the video on my prebuilt channel and we share the profits .. so, how do I deal with the revenue share?
 
Nowadays, many businesses will look for some high-quality influencers on YouTube to help them shoot videos and promote their products.
You can try to take this kind of advertising and earn commissions.
