i had adsense account and i lost it, adding to that i used to earn money from a channel on my youtube account, but it got strikes, and i had to delete all the videos, but even that it got a problem with invalid clicks, and by the way this channel has more than 600 subscribers so now i wanna start a new project on youtube, should i use this old channel or create a new channel or create a new account ?

Yeah better go with the same channel and create or purchase a new adsense account.
how can i create a new adsense account after losing the first one ?

That is a easy task besides if you dont want just find an adsense account seller and he will provide you. You can check marketplace for that.
and it also said Monetization on this account has been disabled due to invalid click activity. what should i do ?
and by the way i have another adsense on another account, so i can use it to for this old channel ?
