YouTube Change in Registering Views?

A few of the view increaser suppliers on this forum I am a customer of seem to be held up by YouTube's new way of registering views.

Does anybody have anymore information about this? And or know a new supplier who can get me a couple hundred views a day for an extended period of time or get me 5 figure view counts?
