All I can say is that it is very, very expensive. I also doubt that you can achieve a higher RPM than 4$ with such a high number of views

if you make long videos like 20 minutes. and if you watc 40-60 % of it with bots. and some real organic views too.
you need to make real good quality videos so organic views and bot views need to blend in.
thats why its will be more safer.
but yes this is very expensive experiment . and its hard to do it.
i think best way to do it with 1000s of mobile phones and some unlimited 4g sims. you can also many things with phones not just youtube.
but this is require a lot of money and technical information too.
but i know some guys doing it perfectly.
