Did you use any views or likes.

If none of the above i suspect the competition was flagging your videos but usally youtube and for video prof .

You can use the youtube forum and adk the mods to investigate the reason you was ban .

I have never ever known youtube just to ban a person and flee ,there always a real reason behind there actions but sometimes they get it totaly wrong .

I have seen accounts earning huge amounts of money ....

Are you registred with a real business and paying tax google does cheek after a thu payments ....

first of all thank you very much for taking time trying to help

all the 271 videos are my work
and in some of them it is my voice who narrated the videos
i had never in my life used any views websites or programs

i already received many payments from google adsense and all my data are true

finally believe me .... they do ban channels and flee ..... they do steal our money

I suggest you to create a page on change.org regarding this(hire a copywriter and tell him your story, since he will be able to select better words) and post the change.org link on all youtube communities, reddit(get upvotes) and webmaster communities. If what you are saying is true then it will come in attention of youtube and google, and in future they will be much more cautious before banning someone.
 
well....today i got my channel terminated too

From about 10 days and suddenly my channel was suspended with no single reason.
I have no copyright strikes ... no community guideline strikes and they didn't even sent me any mail about my channel suspension.
and the message in my channels page says that the reason is spam ..... Spam !!!!!! what The Fu... They mean with spam ???

the real problem is that my earnings for Feb 2017 is about 1300$ and when they suspended my channel the money in adsense goes down to only .92 $ !!!!!!
i know google are thieves but this is not theft .... it is pure madness

niche : make money tutorial, no link added.... it is pure tutorial channel
it happen when 1 of my videos suddenly got so many view yesterday and boom! my channel is gone now
no copyright strike and no warn from youtube , i dont even buy view or spamming my channel
 
also you all have to know this
when you create a video and days later you get a copyright claim from a company called ( little dot studios )
dont even waist your time to file a dispute ..... because little dot studios = Google

they ban me for spamming :(
i just uploaded 1 video a day and never promote it, but still.... my channel flagged as spammers
 
the spaming is not only from upload did you post coments on others videos ?

Just spam them, or search for youtube insides that can sent your request. Don't give up. spamm them. lol
 
Youtube just baned my 10 year old account. They only sent automatic e-mails. I've lost 10K sub and I had like 8 channels. I think what happaned is that the strikes added up from different channels, or youtube heroes mass reported my videos. I will be never able to get my videos back I guess... They only sent auto emails , even if I requested them politely NOT to send an auto reply.

First e-mail I recived after appeal:

Thank you for your account suspension appeal. We have decided to keep your account suspended based on our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Please visit http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines for more information.
