Let's say 3 of your monetized channels are connected to 1 Adsense account.

If 1 of the channel gets demonetized or deleted, does it affect the other two channels?

I think they allow to have 2 AdSense accounts nowadays? Can't have multiple right?

1 Y 1 A account

It's the safest way, and also eliminates any further questions. Stick with that.

Initially, I’d like to say no.

There’s an old gaming YouTuber who has multiple channels and had one of them demonetized for copyright strikes and it didn’t effect his main channel.

Not saying that would be the exact same case here, but’s it’s information to go on.

Its YT, everything is always uncertain.

If one of the channels is demonetized, then there's a 50/50 chance that monetization will be turned off on the other channels as well... If there was a serious violation and one of the channels was deleted, then sanctions are more likely to be applied to the other channels, and the punishment could go as far as deleting all channels linked to the same AdSense account.

As mentioned earlier, the safest method is one AdSense account per YouTube channel.

No, one person can only have one account at AdSense

I experienced almost everything in my YouTube journey, so:

1) Let's assume that you have 3 channels connected to your adsense, if one of them will get demonetised, this won't affect your other channels.

2) Let's assume that you have 3 channels connected to your adsense, if one of them will get terminated (deleted), this WILL affect your other channels, basically YouTube will also terminate any linked account because of "circumvention" I already did a post on this forum about that, you can check it if you are interested.

3) You are allowed to own just 1 adsense account on your name, it doesn't work to use your family for another account if you have same address (I tried) so to actually own 2 adsense accounts to spread the risk, you need a business.

Ive seen videos where people earning 1 million a year atleast have 7 -10 channels. Do you mean they have to buy adsense accounts?

There are a lot of content creators especially in the faceless youtube niche that own a lot of channels, I guess they have more business which means more adsense accounts, only few have multiple accounts linked to just 1 adsense.

I don't think they buy adsense accounts, it's agains TOS + not sure if it's that easy to change the payment accounts for each adsense account.

with the new update, it appears that if one channel gets demonetized, you could potentially have issues with other channels as well.
if your other channels are monetized, they may remain intact and not be affected.

however, you will be unable to apply for monetization with other channels or new channels that aren't yet monetized, if one of your channels is already demonetized.

I got demonetized one last week and applied for another this week and got it, it depends.

You can have multiple adsense accounts also on different names and details.

They might be having on a family person name. No need to buy from others.

Well, it doesn't work to have multiple adsense accounts from your family members if you have the same address, I already tried, maybe it'll work if you have different addresses.

Hey,

When one of your channel is linked to a common adsense account and gets de-monetized, it shouldn't usually affect the other channels, since it is a single and separate entity, however linking same adsense account to multiple channels can cause other issues like nerfing views across all your channels, if the content your creating is just standard or below average. However if your content is high quality, this issues doesn't occur.

Hope this helps.

Cheers.

This is pure goldfire. You are a legend!

I just got my channel deleted (faceless) and it's not coming back. I have my personal channel attached to the same Adsense and nothing has been shut down yet, but it might be who knows.

I'm into the faceless game right now (don't really care about personal at all) and creating a new business entity to get a new Adsense account with a new address, ID number, will be logging in from unique email, and a separate browser...all the things (IP doesn't matter like many people thing, totally unreliable indicator for them). From all that I've heard this is doable and just fine.

Are you in the US or somewhere else in the world? I have a question on verifying with Adsense for a business account and document submission, and if they ever catch that? It would seem not, but it's just something I thought of. Again I haven't found a single account of anyone saying there's a problem creating a new Adsense account with a new business entity and different address, etc, and getting detected.

there are definitely people with the same names in the world :)

I think one way to perhaps get around things is by having a virtual address listed in a different state (if you're in the USA).

However, if you're submitting a driver's license or passport with an image of your face during the Adsense verification process, I could see that being a problem. Just make sure you use a different verification image than what you previously used.

There will be no impact to your account

If one account gets deleted, it might affect other connected accounts.
