Right now I am focusing on eBay but will make some more videos for sure.
Out of my 8 videos, 3 are ranking top 10 and others are found in pages 2-5. So they are well optimized for SEO. If I would send each of them 1000 views + shares and some likes/comments they would rank top 5-10 guaranteed.

Made the videos with Adobe After Effect with quality graphics and music. Did the on-page of all the videos like Tags, Description, Title, Thumbnail everything is well optimized. Well, for off-page just did the diversity links and some automated links and got a little effect in ranking. Now going to proceed with Press releases and PBN Posts. I've not sent the fake views yet but will do that in upcoming channels. I've plan to target at-least 20 different niches and upload quality 10,000 videos minimum. So lets see how it goes.

Any updates on this journey? How did it went?
